Many people will probably laugh in my face when I tell them you really are what you eat. Before i go into depth of actual researched facts and books and things that I have read and studied I would like to clarify that I eat somethings that I shouldnt but everybody does but I can say that I am in a process where I am trying to give up meat just because I want to be healthy. Humans are not meat eaters, Humans are not carnivores and are not suppose to eat flesh which is meat that you eat everyday in your diet, and in some cases if you don't get meat you then clarify yourself as hungry for that particular meat. But in all actuality you are not addicted to the "whopper" or your favorite fast food chain signature burger,steak,ect, you are addicted to the chemicals that are shot into these foods. When nothing you eat these meats your body immeditatly knows that it is not natural, too much WILL kill you but peoples ignorance to this is only because the body is the best healing tool you have makes it seem like that the constant consuming of these foods are not harmful but in all actuality it really is. I wont go into depth about what it does to you but I will name a few foods that actually have been proved to change peoples attitudes and physce, it may not be a very drastic thing to catch but it has been proven to be true and why not because it makes good sense. Have you ever thought why elephants,giraffes, ox, why all those big animals do not eat flesh. Notice these are the BIGGEST animals in the jungle so for you people that think eating meat makes you big and strong you shall shoot that theory betwen the eyes. You dont need meat in order to get meat on your body, think about how you have hair and fingernails do you need to eat that for it to grow? Another fact today is tha tmost animals that are slaughtered that people are consuming is that the things that you eat will affect your body as well as your mind. How people are always streesed thus like animals are stressed and fear of death just as well as humans with the parasites and worms that people consume. Humans are herbivores..but over the years peopel have jst became addicted to meat and the chemicals put into so it is not easy to stop but it is very beneficail to your health maybe you should try.
